Leadership & Growth
Our legacy traces back to 1923, when M/s P. J. Mistry & Sons was established during the era of Jam Saheb (Prince). What began as a modest workshop under the leadership of Mr. Parshottambhai Juthabhai Vishroliya laid a strong foundation rooted in skill, integrity, and craftsmanship.
In 1925, the enterprise took a significant step forward with the formation of M/s Vishroliya Machinery Stores, founded and led by Mr. Danjibhai Parshottam Vishroliya. The business diversified into pipe fittings, diesel engine sales, and service operations, establishing a strong presence in the engineering and machinery sector.
Driven by vision and innovation, the next generation marked a major milestone in 1951. Mr. Mansukhlal Danjibhai Vishroliya initiated the manufacturing of Durga-brand diesel engines, while simultaneously strengthening and managing Vishroliya Machinery Stores, signaling the company’s evolution from trading to manufacturing.
With changing times and growing opportunities, leadership transitioned to Mr. Jayantilal Vishroliya, who assumed command of Vishroliya Corporation. Under his guidance, the organization focused on structured growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
From a small workshop to a professionally managed enterprise, our journey reflects decades of perseverance, innovation, and generational leadership-continuing to build value, trust, and excellence for the future.
